English: The 12 Powers of Honey:

Athlete's Foot Cure:  Honey has potent anti-fungal properties and it can help to fight off athlete's foot, a fungal infection that causes intense itching on the feet and between the toes. Simply wash the feet throughly, dry, and apply honey to the affected area. Put on cotton socks to keep the honey in place.

Boost Energy: Everyone could use a quick burst of energy from time to time and honey has healthy carbohydrates to help naturally elevate energy levels. You can take a teaspoon of honey when you need a pick me up or after an intense work out to fuel the body with carbohydrates and balance blood sugar levels.

Calming Inflammation: Many uncomfortable things are associated with inflammation, such as sunburn, tooth pain, and wounds. Honey is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent and when you apply it to the affected area and consume honey, you are working to alleviate the inflammation from the inside out.

Fighting Gum Disease:  Gum disease can get serious very quickly so you must work to fight it. In addition to proper dental hygiene, honey may help to kill the bacteria causing gum disease. Use natural honey only and simply rub it onto the gums three to four times a day to continue killing the bacteria.

Get Rid of Acne: Acne is due to bacteria getting into clogged pores and causing breakouts so the antibacterial effects of honey help to prevent this from happening. You should consume honey and apply it topically for best results. Apply honey like a facial masks two to three times per week, allow it to sit for 20 minutes, and then wash it away.

Hangover Cure:  If you drank a bit too much and wake up with a horrible hangover, honey may be just what you need because it helps to break the alcohol down. Make a cup of black tea, preferably with caffeine, and add a tablespoon of honey to it. Simply sip the tea while rehydrating to alleviate the headache.

Heals Burns or Cuts:  Between honey's antibacterial properties and ability to promote wound healing, it is an ideal natural treatment for minor burns or cuts. Simply clean the burn or cut with soap and water and apply a thin layer of honey to prevent infection. Never use this on severe injuries because it can make the problem worse.

Improve Digestion:  Organic honey is helpful for several different digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis. It helps to protect the digestive tract which may reduce symptoms, it works to move out unwanted bacteria, and it promotes the good bacteria in the gut that keeps things working as they should.

Improve Stomach Ulcers:  Stomach ulcers can be quite painful and they can cause an array of complaints. Manuka honey may help to prevent the bacteria that cause stomach ulcers, called H. pylori. This helps to treat ulcers that are already present and it can prevent new ulcers from forming in the stomach.

Infection Prevention: Using honey to prevent infection of surgical wounds is actually a common practice in many areas of the world. Hospitals take sterile gauze bandages, soak them in active Manuka honey, and apply them to the surgical cuts. They change the bandages several times per day and this works to prevent MRSA from setting in.

Reduce Acid Reflux:  This condition results in stomach acids backing up into the esophagus and causing intense burning and pain. Honey is a protectant and when you drink it, it coats the esophagus to reduce the burning and decrease the risk of any damage associated with stomach acids sitting in the esophagus.
