2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge:
"This is the easiest fudge ever. Every time I
make it I get so many compliments on how great it is. This is the easiest
peanut butter fudge ever, and it is so good. I hope you try it and enjoy it as
much as I do."
Ingredients:
1 pound white
confectioners' coating (white almond bark), broken up
1 (18 ounce) jar peanut
butter
Directions:

Ready In 1 h 20 m
Line an
8x8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang the dish by
several inches on each side.
Place broken
coating into a large glass microwave-safe bowl and melt on low power in microwave
oven, about 5 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds to 1 minute. When
coating is smooth and creamy, stir peanut butter into coating until fudge is
thoroughly combined. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.
Refrigerate
fudge until set, 1 to 2 hours. Lift fudge out of the pan using the plastic wrap
for handles and slice into squares with a pizza cutter.

S'mores in a Cup:
"I wanted s'mores one evening and I didn't want to
build a fire. This is one of my now favorite recipes. It takes a little more
time but it's not messy and great for little kids. Don't have to worry about
cleaning their hands, might have to clean around their mouth though."
Ingredients:
20 m 42 servings
2 (14.4 ounce) packages
graham crackers (such as Honey Maid®), crushed
3/4 cup butter, melted
6 (1.5 ounce) bars milk
chocolate candy bar (such as Hershey's®), broken into squares
126 miniature
marshmallows
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 42
miniature muffin tins with paper liners.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter in a bowl until
evenly combined. Spoon graham cracker mixture into the prepared muffin cups,
pressing into the bottom and up the sides creating a crust.
Place 1 chocolate square onto each crust and top each
with 3 miniature marshmallows.
Bake in the preheated oven until marshmallows are
puffy and chocolate is melted, about 6 minutes.

Homemade Melt-In-Your-Mouth Dark

1/2 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
extract
Vanilla Extract 2 Fl Oz
Directions:

Gently
melt coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir cocoa powder, honey,
and vanilla extract into melted oil until well blended. Pour mixture into a
candy mold or pliable tray. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
Cook's Notes:
Flavor by adding orange zest, peanut butter, dried
coconut, chopped nuts, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, etc. to taste and consistency
desired. Add after melting coconut oil, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla
together.
Maple syrup can be used in place of honey.
Number of servings depends on thickness of mold(s)
used, as does set up time.
Not recommended for baking. Must be kept refrigerated.
Tip: Aluminum foil can be
used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
