The Most Dangerous Drugs On Earth

Now, I could go on to say what the academics want me to say: blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,    Many scientific and psychiatric studies confirm that there are a number of drugs which have potentially extreme and dangerous effects on the health of the individual who uses them, and  destructive effects on the human body.

Science asserts that excess of all these drugs is bad and can cause extreme health problems. A number of cases have been reported in which individuals prone to use these drugs died due to their excess usage. The individuals that don’t die from it have permanent physical and mental damage.

The best way for a drug user to stop their addiction is to submit themselves though a treatment program … blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah… but that’s all very nice if I just want to give the readers the most dried out facts, that is old and full of wrinkles … and for anyone who has taken the time to read my articles that I publish on this Blog, that is definitely not my style …  so to continue without all the double-talking scientific community looking over my shoulders, I will continue with this:

Now, that way I see it, addiction is basically a brain disease. But, when certain drugs like heroin and methamphetamine are taken into consideration and account, the effects aren't just confined to the brain. There are, indeed, some very intense physical complications that can arise as well. In this article, I am looking at the most dangerous drugs in the world. Some of these most harmful and dangerous drugs being sold on the streets today are also amongst the most addictive drugs on Earth.  Now I have them listed here in alphabetical order, only cause that usually how I write all my lists, and it’s convenient …

25I-NBOMe
This is synthetic LSD – its created in a lab with chemicals, and has caused many deaths due to being sold as lsd. Not recommend. Some people claim it’s the best new alternative to LSD. Crazy visuals and psychedelic experiences. Fake LSD that can actually kill you. People do claim that LSD's better by a mile, but 25I's fun, and has really nice visuals.new

Adderall
Adderall is Dextroamphetamine and is similar to methamphetamine in effects. See: Ritalin

AH-7921
This is a synthetic opioid that was previously available to legally purchase online from vendors until it became a Class A in January 2015. The drug is believed to have 80% of the potency of morphine, and became known as the ‘legal heroin’.  While there has only been one death related to AH-7921 in the UK, it is believed to be highly dangerous and capable of causing respiratory arrest and gangrene

Alprazolam
Benzodiazepines are, by far, the worst drugs out there. They are extremely addictive, cause immense damage to the body & brain, & are nearly impossible to get off of- in fact, like alcohol, the withdrawal process can cause seizures & death if not done correctly. Doctors over -prescribe benzodiazepines all the time & keep their patients on them when they should be used for short periods of time (2-3 weeks max/not months to years on end). The protracted withdrawal symptoms can last for months, even years and can have more symptoms than any other drug by far.

Amphetamine
Amphetamines and its derivatives were commonly given in the 60's, 70's and 80's as dietpills or as inhibitors for sleep. They were on prescription but not controlled substances in the narcotic laws. At the beginning of the 90's laws were changed and now they are concidered as schedule two or some even as schedule one ( former class A drugs ) substances. What used to be common for medical purposes is now concidered as controlled substances in criminal laws. Was this a good idea? I don't think so. There were of course abuses but at the same time they were not controlled by criminals. Methamphetamines ( the most dangerous because shootable ) were class A drugs since the fifties anyway, but amphetamine itself were if not abused in fact safe and useful medications.Amphetamine is probably the safest drug in my opinion. It doesn't impair your vision or judgment. The user remains functional. It even improves their mental function and capabilities.

Bath Salts
Like Ecstasy and methamphetamine, the drug known as “bath salts” is a designer drug, which means it’s synthetic, concocted in a lab. (On the street, it’s also sometimes called “bath powder,” “herbal incense,” or “plant food.”). What makes the term “bath salts” more confusing, though, is that name is used for a surprisingly large number of different chemical combinations. But the drug also apparently causes paranoid delusions and/or hallucinations. Experts are saying it’s psychoactive, rather than hallucinogenic like acid, but the end result appears to be similar: delusional beliefs acted upon in violent ways. Bath salts are a synthetic crystalline drug that is prevalent in the US. While they may sound harmless, they certainly aren’t the sort of salts you drop into a warm bath when having a relaxing night in. They are most similar to mephedrone, and have recently been featured throughout social media due to the ‘zombification’ of its users.  The name comes from the fact that the drug was originally sold online, and widely disguised as bath salts. The side effects include unusual psychiatric behaviour, psychosis, panic attacks and violent behaviour, as well as the possibility of a heart attack and an elevated body temperature.

Benzodiazepine (Medical Medication)
This is a type of medication known as anxiolytics or tranquilizers or minor tranquilizers, as opposed to the major tranquilizers used to treat psychosis. These drugs are generally called as,
diazepam (Valium), lorazepam (Ativan), clonazepam (Klonopin), chlordiazepoxide (Librium),
temazepam (Restoril), and alprazolam (Xanax). They are some of the most commonly prescribed medications in the United States. When people without prescriptions take these drugs for their sedating or intoxicating effects, then use turns into abuse.  Doctors may prescribe a benzodiazepine for legitimate medical conditions: Anxiety and panic attacks, insomnia (for only a brief period), alcohol withdrawal, Seizure control, muscle relaxation, inducing amnesia for uncomfortable procedures, and they are given before an anesthetic (such as before surgery) It acts on the central nervous system, produce sedation and muscle relaxation, and lower anxiety levels. There more than 2,000 different benzodiazepines have been produced, but only about 15 are currently approved in the United States for medical procedures. They are usually classified by how long their effects last. People often take it for relaxation, but, it requires a higher and higher dosage to make the first high … then its all over, the more you take, the quicker you’re putting the foot in the grave…

Benzodiazepines (The street drug)
This drug is psychoactive in nature and is used to treat problems of depression mostly. The action of this drug becomes dangerous when it is used in excess. The exact action of the drug on the nervous system is known with certainty and the specialists assert that it can cause many side effects. For example, slurred speech, drowsiness and severe depression and dependency.

Bhang
Bhang is an ancient part of the traditions and customs in India. In some parts of rural India, people attribute various medicinal properties to the cannabis plant. If taken in proper quantity, bhang is believed to cure fever, dysentery, sunstroke, to clear phlegm, aid in digestion, appetite, cure speech imperfections and lisping, and give alertness to the body. Bhang lassi is a preparation of powdered green inflorescence with curd and whey put in a village blender (a hand blending operation is carried out till the butter rises). It is regarded as tasty and refreshing. It is legal in many parts of India and mainly sold during Holi, when pakoras containing bhang are also sometimes eaten. Uttar Pradesh has licensed bhang shops, and in many places in India one can buy bhang products and drink bhang lassis.  The tradition of consuming bhang lassi during Holi is particularly common in North India where Holi itself is celebrated with a fervor unseen elsewhere. Bhang is heavily consumed in Mathura, an ancient town of religious importance to the Hindus. Here the practice is believed to have been introduced by the followers of Krishna and has stayed ever since. They begin the preparation by Sanskrit chants and recitation of prayers. In Mathura, some people take bhang to work up their appetite while others do it to de-stress. But the hub of bhang use is Khandwa where the bhang is prepared on its famous ghats. Bhang is also available as bhang goli which is just freshly ground cannabis with water. Apart from this, sweetened bhang golis are also widely available; these are not considered a drug, but a traditional sleeping aid and appetizer. Bhang goli has metabolizing effects after approximately two hours, sending a user into a dreamlike meditational state. Bhang is also part of many Ayurvedic medicinal preparations. Bhang powder is available legally at ayurvedic dispensaries. So do you want to visit your god? Or believe that you are one? Smoke some of this stuff and the trip will NEVER go away, you will be psycho for the remaining days of your like as your internal organs boil and your brain shrinks to a small black button …  This stuff is BAAAAADDDDDD !!!!!

Bromo-DragonFLY
A horrific cousin to lsd. Very dangerous, last like three days. You will probably puke blood. Just take acid if you thinking about taking this. Scariest thing about this, it gets mistaken as others,
Please don't do this crap ever ever. It destroys extremities just like Krokodil.

Cannabis
Re: dagga, weed, marijuana, dope, grass, pot, ganja, hash, hashish
In South Africa cannabis is grown in rural areas and sold as a means to put food on the table. Cannabis contains more than 426 known chemicals, including the mind-altering substances known as THCs (tetrahydrocannabinols). You feel euphoric and relaxed. But is often causes panic attacks, hallucinations, flashbacks and memory loss. It causes frequent sinusitis and bronchitis and may cause infertility in men and women. Lung cancer is a real risk. It may harm an unborn baby, leading to miscarriage, stillbirth or early death. Foetal marijuana syndrome - characterised by lower birth weight and developmental abnormalities - is five times more common than foetal alcohol syndrome.  THC changes the brain chemistry that governs feelings, memory, the senses and co-ordinated movement.

Carfentanil (Very Nasty Stuff)
Unlike other morphine derivatives, heroin, or other opioid narcotics, carfentanil does not lead to addiction. It is too powerful for humans who have not developed a tolerance to strong narcotics like heroin or fentanyl. Even for people who have struggled with addiction to powerful narcotics, a dose the size of a grain of salt can rapidly lead to an overdose and death. But, (and there is always a But, right?) carfentanil has been found cutting heroin and even fentanyl sold on the streets, starting in July 2015. Cops and emergency medical personnel warn that carfentanil sold illicitly looks like other drugs found on the street, including cocaine and heroin, because it is an odorless, white powder. Carfentanil, like fentanyl, has been found cutting heroin in order to increase its potency and the dealer’s supply of the substance.  Now the adding of entanyl to heroin has led to an epidemic of overdoses, carfentanil has led to deadly overdoses much faster. For instance, the dose of carfentanil safely administered to sedate a wild adult male African elephant, which can weight over 1 ton, is only 13 mg. A dose of fentanyl, 100 times less powerful than carfentanil, that can safely be given to a human adult is up to 100 micrograms per hour – the equivalent of 0.1 mg. The dose for the elephant is equivalent to 13,000 micrograms of carfentanil, which is about 1.3 million micrograms of fentanyl. Hence, 1,000 mg of fentanyl, the equivalent in potency of 1 mg of carfentanil, will easily kill a human. So get this, you will get high on an amount of less than 1/3 rd of a grain of sand, and during that time, your brain will literally boil, (Drum roll here …..) the next step in this process is, coma, and death … sorry folks but that’s the way it is ….

Cough Medicine
Teens have taken to “robotripping,” a woozy type of high caused by drinking cough syrup. The active ingredient in several major cough syrups, dextromethorphan (or DXM), is responsible for the intoxicating effects — and even a chemical dependency in some cases. Codeine cough syrups, which are even more potent, were recently taken off the shelves because of how dangerous they are — but teens can still get them from somebody with a prescription. Cough syrup and DXM street names include:
Dabz, Daze, Dexies, Drank, Drex, Robo, Rojo, Red Devils, The Poor Man’s Ecstasy, Purple Drank or Sizzurp (combining cough syrup with soda),Orange Crush, Tussin and Velvet.

Cocaine
A popular party drug, cocaine comes next on the list of most dangerous drugs. It is also one of the most addictive drugs in the world. It releases massive quantities of dopamine, a feel good chemical released by the brain. Withdrawal effects can be hard to take. The body, apart from reacting mentally, also reacts physically on withdrawal. This drug is indeed a very dangerous drug which is known all around the world as the slow killer. This drug influences a number of neurotransmitters at the same time and is extremely dangerous to the nervous functioning of the brain. It is has been banned in many countries due to the number of deaths it has caused.

Crack cocaine
Crack cocaine first came about in the 1980’s when cocaine became a widespread commodity within the drug trafficking world. Originally cocaine would have attracted a high price tag due to its rarity and difficulty to produce, but once it became more widespread the price dropped significantly. This resulted in drug dealers forming their cocaine into rock like shapes by using baking soda as a way of distilling the powder down into rock form. People were doing this because it allowed for them to sell cocaine at a lower quantity and to a higher number of people.
Since then it has gone on to form one of the biggest drug epidemics in the world, and during the height of its popularity it was believed that over 10 million people were crack cocaine users in the US alone.  This is known on the streets as: Base, beat, blast, casper, chalk, devil drug, gravel, hardball, hell, kryptonite, love, moonrocks, rock, scrabble, stones and tornado. The side effects of crack cocaine include liver, kidney and lung damage, as well as permanent damage to blood vessels, which can often lead to heart attacks, strokes, and ultimately death.

Crystal Meth
The drug has massively gained popularity after the popular TV series Breaking Bad. Crystal Meth has wide ranging effects that severely affect the brain's functioning. If used frequently, hallucinations, memory loss and other effects follow. Moreover, withdrawal effects are quite severe too. This is yet another drug which acts as a stimulant and was indeed a great invention in the field psycho pharmacology. It also acts in suppressing one’s appetite. The action and the effects of this drug become dangerous to one’s health when it is used for recreational purposes. The common effects are dizziness, visual impairment, ADHD and restlessness.

Crystal meth, The Poor Man’s Version
Not just famous because of a certain Walter H White, but also because it is one of the most destructive drugs in the world. First developed in 1887, it became widely used during the Second World War when both sides would give it to their troops to keep them awake. It is also believed that the Japanese gave it to their Kamikaze pilots before their suicide missions.  After the war crystal meth was prescribed as a diet aid and remained legal until the 1970s. Since then it has fallen into the hands of Mexican gangs and has become a worldwide phenomenon, spreading throughout Europe and Asia.  The effects of crystal meth are devastating. In the short-term users will become sleep depraved and anxious, and in the long-term it will cause their flesh to sink, as well as brain damage and damage of the blood vessels.

Devil’s Breath, The
This drug has the power to eliminate free will and wipe out memory and is being dealt with regularly on the streets of Colombia. Scopolamine, or ‘The Devil’s Breath,’ comes from a tree common to South America. Since scopolamine is odorless and tasteless, it can be blown in the face of a passerby on the street and, within minutes, that person is under the drug’s effect. Leaving you hopeless with no free will, making you obey every order you are given. Scopolamine is a derivative from the nightshade plant found in the Northern Indian region of South America (Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela). It is generally found in a refined powder form, but can also be found as a tea. The drug is more often used by criminals due its high toxicity level (one gram is believed to be able to kill up to 20 people) making it a strong poison. However, it is also believed that the drug is blown into the faces of unexpecting victims, later causing them to lose all sense of self-control and becoming incapable of forming memories during the time they are under the influence of the drug. This tactic has reportedly been used by gangs in Colombia where there have been reports of people using scopolamine as a way to convince victims to rob their own homes. The CIA also revealed in 1993 that they had trialled the drug as a truth serum during the Cold War. However it is believed it wasn’t effective due to scopolamine’s ability to induce hallucinations at a low dosage.

Dilaudid
It's straight morphine- even heroin has to be converted by your body, this stuff is pure joy to be on, hell or medical detox to get off. Dilaudid is Hydromorphone. It is also commonly referred as Hydromorphinone. It's a semi-synthetic derivative of morphine and is 10 times more powerful than morphine ( in concentration, not in effects ) meaning you have to take less than morphine to have the same effects. It has less tendency to produce nausea. It's prized by addicts for that but it's not as powerful as heroin ( Heroin is a 3 times more powerful euphoriant than morphine or hydromorphone ). Whereas only 70% of hydromorphinone has a chemical transformation to morphine, almost all heroin breaks down into morphine. Heroin is also more potent and soluble than morphine and hydromorphone because it can better cross the blood-brain barrier and thus, get a larger amount of the metabolic morphine to the brain at once. Equally potent as heroin in dosage ( but not as euphoriant ), a little bit less dangerous in side effects ( nausea, respiratory depression ) but still a very powerful and unsafe opiate.  This is the brand name, it's actually called hydro-morph one.

DiPT
You hear a high pitched sound for 2-3 weeks straight along with other auditory hallucinations. Many people go nuts and commit suicide.

DMT (Dimethyltryptamine)
Is a naturally occurring psychedelic drug of the tryptamine family. DMT is found in many plants along with the human body. DMT is created in the body during normal metabolism by the enzyme tryptamine-N-methyltransferase and the neurotransmitter serotonin. DMT can be ingested, injected, and inhaled. Doctor Richard Strassman was among the first psychologists to study the effects of DMT and other psychedelic chemicals. Dr. Strassman discovered that DMT is released by the pineal gland while a person is approaching death. Thus explaining the imagery reported by survivors of near death experiences (NDE phenomenon). DMT is also released during the 49th day of fetus development. Dr. Strassman attributes this to the beginning of the soul. He often referred to the drug as the "God molecule" or the "spirit molecule"   Forms of DMT are used all over the world. During cultural rituals, tribes use DMT to achieve spiritual relationships with God. South American tribes ingest, and inhale the plant anadenanthera peregrina, also known as yopo, Anadenanthera peregrina contains large amounts of DMT which creates a psychedelic experience. In the US, people use bongs and vaporizers to inhale DMT. The effects of DMT only last a few minutes, but the high is considered intense and completely altering. Using DMT can be a serious health risk that results in death. Users can go into a state of unconsciousness or a drug induced coma. Often, unconscious users will begin to vomit resulting in choking and death.

DXM (Dextromethorphan)
It's fun to trip off of, but it's bad for you and you don't enjoy sex. Smoke pot instead.
This is not an addictive drug. It's the dextro molecule of the the levo natural opiates ( morphine, codeïne, thebaine ). It has because of that non narcotic or addictive effects. It's only used as " drug " in cutting with potent drugs to enhance the effects. Otherwise it's just a non narcotic cough syrup.

Downers (depressants)
These suppress or delay certain brain functions. Depending on which part of the brain is being suppressed, they are divided into sub-groups: either narcotic or tranquillising substances such as heroin or substances that make you sleepy such as mandrax.

Fentanyl
Fentanyl is not 1000 times more addictive than heroin like one of the comments say. Fentanyl is 100 times stronger than morphine ( and NOT 1000 times stronger than heroin for that matter! ) It's only given as part of surgical procedures and not as a pain reliever ( exept for cancer patients at their last stage ). Methylfentanyl ( streetname China white ) can be seen on the Streets where it can cause overdose due to its potency and because the addict will take a too high dose that he is used to ( but that's because of the ignorance of the substance he bought thinking that it was heroin). An autopsy report from singer PRINCE declared he died from a overdose of Fentanyl. He was hooked on the substance for several years.  This can kill in lowest doses and is subject to addiction due to the amazing high  You can overdose by a microgram of fentanyl

Flakka
Flakka is a stimulant with a similar chemical make-up to the amphetamine-like drug found in bath salts. While the drug was originally marketed as a legal high alternative to ecstasy, the effects are significantly different. The user will feel an elevated heart rate, enhanced emotions, and, if enough is digested, strong hallucinations. The drug can cause permanent psychological damage due to it affecting the mood regulating neurons that keep the mind’s sertraline and dopamine in check, as well as possibly causing heart failure.

Flibanserin
Flibanserin is a medication used for women in the meno pause with very low desires for sex ( hypoactive sexual desire defficit ). When given to healthy women it won't increase their sex desires, so it can't be used for abuse ( a normal sex active woman will not turn into a nymphomaniac because she has taken this drug ). When given to women that really needs it ( medical use ) the level of desire will come to a normal level. It doesn't make them oversexed. Other drugs like Bromodioxyamhetamine can give women oversexual desires but not a drug like Flibanserin. There are some minor side effects with this drug ( nausea, headache... ) but nothing very dangerous to be considered as a worst drug. It is often used to make women want to have sex – but, it’s a rather whe wants to or not …

GHB (gamma hydroxybutyrate)
Re: Liquid Ecstasy, G, Georgia Home Boy, Cups
This illegally produced in home basement labs, usually in the form of a liquid that has no odor or color. It is known as a designer drug because it is specifically made for the purpose of getting people high. Like Ecstasy, GHB is a popular drug with club-goers and those who go to "rave parties," including teens and young adults. Its side effects can be very dangerous, especially if the drug is mixed with alcohol.  Some of the side effects of GHB use are drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting (puking), and vision changes. People who take GHB may become unconscious (pass out), stop breathing, and go into a coma. Using GHB voluntarily can kill you. GHB causes both a euphoric high (intense rush of happy feelings) and hallucinations. GHB has caused many young people to need emergency medical care. Because the liquid is odorless and colorless, GHB diluted in drinks is virtually undetectable.

Hash or Hashish
Also spelled hasheesh, Arabic ḥashīsh (“dried herb”), Hindi hharas, hallucinogenic drug preparation derived from the resin secreted by the flowering tops of cultivated female plants of the genus Cannabis. More loosely, in Arabic-speaking countries the term may denote a preparation made from any of various parts of cannabis plants—such as the leaves or dried flowering tops, used to prepare what is elsewhere more commonly called marijuana. The hashish made from resin is known by many names, including bhong and ganja, and is far more potent than marijuana. It may be either smoked or eaten for its intoxicating effects. The active ingredient is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which constitutes 10 to 15 percent of hashish; marijuana has less. Most hashish comes from the Middle East, Nepal, and other Asian countries, as well as from Latin America. In the mean time, in the real world, the flowering tops and leaves of Indian hemp smoked, chewed, or drunk as a narcotic and intoxicant; it’s the dried resinous exudate of the flowering tops of this plant, containing larger amounts of the active ingredient. When used the high can last for several hours, its been said that the user is utterly relaxed and understands the meaning and work of the gods….

Hash Oil
You gone in one hit its like smokin 15 sweets of dro.  Hash oils doesn't have almost no active THC in it. When aging it loses all of its psychoactive effects. Because of it very little THC content it can't be concidered as a " worst drug ".

Heroin
Known as the queen of all drugs, heroin is the most harmful drug in the world. The amount of dopamine released in the brain while on heroin is about a hundred times more than the amount released during an orgasm. Lighter drugs like methamphetamine is administered to reduce the withdrawal effects from heroin. Many cases of death when on withdrawal have been reported. If used for long periods, the effects on the brain are irreversible. It is a derivative of opium and is the most dangerous drug responsible of thousands of deaths every year. The tolerance to this drug develops very fast and so the body demands more and more intake of this drug. The fatal side effects include shortness of breath, seizures, disorientation, abnormal behavior, cycles of knock outs and even the whole brain stops functioning at times leading to sudden death.  Founded in 1874 by C. R. Alder Wright, heroin is one of the world’s oldest drugs. Originally it was prescribed as a strong painkiller used to treat chronic pain and physical trauma. However, in 1971 it was made illegal under the Misuse of Drugs Act. Since then it has become one of the most destructive substances in the world, tearing apart communities and destroying families.  The side effects of heroin include inflammation of the gums, cold sweats, a weak immune system, muscular weakness and insomnia. It can also damage blood vessels which can later cause gangrene if left untreated.

Hydrocodone
Friend did it and now is having serious withdraws. I recommend never have it for recreational purposes.  Another friend snorted one pill of this and then rode her bike for 3 hours straight just for fun. This is a strong type of hydro condone that can be very addicting.

Ice ( aka Crystal methamphetamine)
Re: crystals, crystal, meth, rock, candy, batu, glass, LA glass, super ice, hot ice, LA crystal, Hawaiian salt This newer and deadlier form of crystallised methamphetamine is nearly 100 per cent pure methamphetamine. Odourless and smoked in glass pipes, it is more lethal than crack and cocaine, and seemingly more addictive. Within seconds smokers feel an intense wave of physical and mental exhilaration. The effects may last from four to 14 hours. Intense feelings of anxiety, depression, sleeplessness and fatigue, and eventually psychosis. Toxic psychosis similar to paranoid schizophrenia can also result from heavy, short- or long-term use.  Users need ever-heavier doses to reach the same high. Prolonged use damages the lungs, liver and kidneys. Brain damage is similar to tik, but to a greater degree.

Inhalants
One of the most resourceful ways that teens get high is by breathing in gas, household cleaners, markers and other random objects with noxious fumes. The umbrella term given to these items — when they’re used to get high — is inhalants. When a teen uses an inhalant, they will often empty some of the contents onto a rag or into a plastic bag, and then hold it to their face and breathe in, called huffing.

Jenkem
This is a hoax drug. And was made up by Internet people to get parents worried about their kids using it because the media always reports stuff like that. The most disgusting drug of all time. Jenkem is inhaling your own feces. Originates in Africa

Ketamine
Ketamine comes next on the list of most harmful drugs in the world. It is linked with inducing paranoia even if consumed over short time periods. Hallucinations are a common phenomenon associated with ketamine. This is a very powerful drug that can cause hallucinations and even paranoia. It has a number of effects on the human body including anesthesia, visual and auditory hallucinations and blood pressure problems. It has been reported for a number of recreational uses and in addiction.

Khat
This plant grown in Africa and the Middle East can be chewed to produce a sense of euphoria and increased energy. Commonly called: Abyssinian Tea,  African Salad,  Catha,  Chat.  Cat, and Oat.

Krokodil
Krokodil is Russia’s secret addiction. It is believed that over one million Russians are addicted to the drug.  Users of krokodil are attracted to the drug due to its very low price; it is sold at $45 (or £20, €67) a gram while heroin is sold for $100,00 (or £60, €95). However, krokodil is considered more dangerous than heroin because it is often homemade, with ingredients including painkillers, iodine, lighter fluid and industrial cleaning agents. This chemical make-up makes the drug highly dangerous and will more than likely to cause gangrene, and eventually rotting of the flesh, from the inside out.

Levetiracetam (Keppra)
Levetiracetam is used to treat partial onset seizures in adults and children who are at least 1 month old. It is also used to treat tonic-clonic seizures in adults and children who are at least 6 years old, and myoclonic seizures in adults and children who are at least 12 years old. Yea, when smoked, you see all the pretty colors … you become very relaxed, and your entire body tingles as you drift off to a very relaxed sleep, that you do not wake up from, ever.  You see the effects of smoking this drug, yes, you are relaxed, that tingling feeling, it the action of your immune system eating and feasting on the internal organs of your body as you drift off to sleep, you are physically die in the real world.  Don’t do thus stuff, ever !

Levomepromazine
Re: methotrimeprazine, is a phenothiazine neuroleptic drug. It is sold in many countries under the generic name or under brand names such as Nozinan, Levoprome, Detenler, Hirnamin, Levotomin, Neurocil and many more. It is a low-potency antipsychotic with strong analgesic, hypnotic and antiemetic properties that is primarily used in palliative care. Nozinan is methotrimeprazine, a non-narcotic analgesic of the phenothiazines family. It's been used as an analgesia and sedative when respiratory depression is to be avoided. Its medical use is a preanesthetic for producing sedation. The analgesic effect of nozinan is comporable ( but less powerful ) to meperidine and morphine without the respiratory suppression and abuse potential. It has also antihistamine, anticholinergic and anti-adrenaline effects. This drug is often used as a cutting agent to bulk up other drugs by people who are clearly without any pharmacological knowledge, its addition oftens enhances the effects of what it is mixed with.

LSD
A powerful psychedelic drug, LSD, short for Lysergic Acid Diethylamide, is the most powerful psychedelic drug. Prolonged use can lead to severe and irreversible paranoia. The drug induces hallucinations and delusions. LSD produces unpredictable psychological effects, with "trips" lasting about 12 hours. With large enough doses, users experience delusions and hallucinations. Physical effects include increased body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure; sleeplessness; and loss of appetite; coma, and finally death.  Am I being blunt enough?

Mandrax
Re: whites, buttons
South Africa has the highest per capita mandrax abuse in the world. Mandrax (methaqualone) tablets are usually powdered and smoked with a mixture of cannabis or tobacco in a bottleneck pipe called a "white pipe" or "witwyf".  Here you feel totally laid back, at peace and without a care in the world. You're giving the world the proverbial finger. But, take too much of it and you'll feel nauseous, lose consciousness or fall into a stupor. Mandrax users can develop physical and psychological dependence on the drug, constantly craving its effects, but needing more and more to get the desired high. Mandrax use alters the brain chemicals, suppressing brain function so that the user becomes like a zombie.  This psychedelic drug distort reality, plunging the user into a dream world where everything is distorted and colours become audible and sounds visible. Taken in large quantities they scramble your brain, resulting in delusions and hallucinations. They also rev up the brain, causing mood swings that can vary from euphoria to the deepest depression or violence. Sometimes the loss of self and depression can be so severe that suicide may happen.

Marijuana (which is now legal in several US States)
Marijuana is mostly a recreational drug. Although it does figure in this list, marijuana isn't seen as being comparable to other drugs on the list. However, it does figure in the list, for prolonged use can lead to depression and anxiety.

MDMA
Commonly referred to as ecstasy, MDMA is, once again, not a very harmful drug until a certain point. It is illegal in many countries and long term use can severely affect the central nervous system. MDMA is one of the most common party drugs that increases the feeling of intimacy and induces a sense of euphoria. An overdose can be disastrous, especially when combined with alcohol. MDMA (Ecstasy)  has become the go-to club drug for young people, used at parties, nightclubs, concerts and music festivals. Ecstasy — the chemical MDMA, often mixed with other ingredients — causes a rush of dopamine (a chemical that regulates happiness and related sensations) in the brain, and is known to make users feel more connected to each other.
In the last year, more than 4% of high school seniors have taken the drug. Along with the many side effects of ecstasy (e.g. dehydration, impaired judgment, post-use depression), teens who take ecstasy are vulnerable to countless untold risks depending on what the drug is combined (or “cut”) with. Only 20–25% of ecstasy pills are pure MDMA — the rest are cut with everything from caffeine to meth.

Mephedrone
Mephedrone is a psychoactive drug that temporarily enhances mental function, physical function, or both. It is a synthetic stimulant. Street names for mephedrone include meph, MCAT, bubbles, drone, miaow, white magic, and M-smack. Mephedrone is considered a recreational drug. This means that people use it occasionally for enjoyment, and there is no medical justification for its psychoactive effects.

Mescaline
The synthetic equivalent of mescaline STP was called in the sixties as Serinity Tranquility Peace but also as Stop The Police. The police itself used to call it Stupid To Puke because many users were puking in the Streets because of the high doses.  Mescaline is the psychoactive substance found in Peyote. It's a trimethoxy-phenyl ethyl amine. It can be made as a synthetic drug and was often seen in the sixties in very high doses and sold under the name STP ( synthetic treated oil aka serinity tranquility peace ). Found in varieties of cacti, this substance induces perceptual disturbances and pleasurable mood changes. Slang names is: Buttons, , Cactus,  Peyote and Mesc.

Methylphenidate
Methylphenidate is the molecule of Ritalin. Euphoria and strong stimulation is only possible when you snort the substance ( even the extended release capsules works when cruched ). The thing is that you have to snort high doses of Methylphenidate ( at least 200 mg and more ) to get the amphetamine-like effect, but this goes together with abdominal pain, nausea etc.. ( because of the high dose ) and is for that matter unpleasant especially when the euphoria loses his effect at a given time. The best ( recreation ) use is to shoot up methylphenidate but also very difficult ( unless you're very good in Chemistry ) because you have to convert the molecule in a liquid shootable substance. It's also very dangerous because it have the real power to stop your heartbeat! This stuff makes you think differently. Its just bad. Not really bad. But not good. Just something you don't need The drug or med may possibly make you feel like a zombie, emotionless, agressive, mood swings and it might cause tunnel vision.

Mushrooms
Psychedelic mushrooms can closely resemble mushrooms used in cooking, and are grown in a similar way. Unlike mushrooms for cooking, however, these nearly 200 species of mushrooms contain psilocybin, a mind-altering chemical. Teens may trip on psilocybin mushrooms much like they would on LSD — eating them can lead to an altered sense of space and time, hallucinations and euphoria — along with nausea and panic attacks.

Opiates
Street names include Codeine, China White, Ddarvon, Darvocet, Demerol, dilaudid, heroin, methadone, Morphine, Percocet, Percodan, Talwin, and Vicodin. According to the United States Library of Medicine, many prescription drugs are characterized as opiates. Morphine is an opiate often legally prescribed to alleviate chronic pain; however, due to its addictive nature, it is administered in hospital settings. Other legally prescribed opiates include codeine, methadone and Oxycontin. One of the most common illegal opiates is heroin, a more concentrated form of morphine. Heroin is so addictive that withdrawal symptoms can appear within hours of not using.

OxyContin
Oxycodone is a narcotic painkiller prescribed in slow-release pills that work over a period of 12 hours, the most popular brand of which is OxyContin. The prescription caused a wave of teen incidents in the 2000s, including many instances of addiction and death. Although the tablets are slow-release, teens crush them into a powder and snort them, releasing the full amount and potency of the drug all at once. As this trend caught fire, users began spending upwards of $80 for a single pill.

Paan
Paan ( aka pan or pahn ) is betelnut. It grows on certain palmtrees ( Areca catechu ). It's very mild as a psychoactive drug and is only dangerous for the dammage it does on theeths and gums. It has more a traditional use ( many countries in Asia ) than a recreational use. It is not addictive.

PCP
PCP is a synthetic drug that has some of the most violent, dangerous effects of any of today’s drugs of abuse. Like K2 (Spice) and bath salts, PCP abuse can result in dangerous hallucinations coupled with aggressive behavior. Its original use was as an anesthetic so it deadens pain as well. It may also give the user a feeling of invulnerability.  When you add these characteristics together, the result can be a drug experience that is dangerous to others who are nearby, such as law enforcement or hospital personnel who need to handle the person. The effects can also be dangerous or deadly to the drug user himself. PCP users have been observed mutilating themselves and assaulting others without any regard for injury to themselves. One police video shows a man high on PCP running at the police cruiser and throwing his entire body across the hood and into the windshield.

Pentobarbital
The most abuse and dependance potential substance of barbiturates. Also very dangerous at high doses. This is a substance that could easely kill you.

Peyote
Magic. Not dangerous, instead, it is peaceful and rewarding. Doesn't last days, just one.
But, very Bad don't do it no no! I only know this as the drug that turns you into different animals in Grand Theft Auto V+2 - Peyote can give you a high that lasts for days. Apparently the high feels amazing but it can drive you crazy after a just a few minutes.

Phentermine
An anorexiant that was often prescribed with fenfluramine. Phentermine and Fenfluramine are amphetamine derivates used for weight reduction. The combination was known as " Fen-Phen ". Medical reports have been accumulating for some years significant side-effects. The findings indicated that more than 60% of the patients had abnormal echocardiograms. The mitral valve and other valves in the heart are damaged by a strange white coating and allow blood to flow back, causing heart muscle damage. Many manufacturers, at the urging of the FDA, agreed to voluntarily withdraw the drugs from the market. Many countries ( in Europe, Canada, Mexico... ) are still making and prescribing those drugs. One of the most dangerous amphetamine-based dietpills that are still on the market.

Propofol
The drug that killed Michael Jackson. Used as an anesthesia ( for sedation ) during diagnostic procedures in hospitals. When you begin to use this as sedative to induce sleep it will you kill you slowly but surely.

Purple Drank
One of the more unusual drugs around at the moment, purple drank was popularised in 90’s hip hop culture, with the likes of Jay Z and Big Moe all mentioning it in their songs. It is a concoction of soda water, sweets and cold medicine, and is drunk due to cold medicine's high codeine content, which gives the user a woozy feeling. However it can also cause respiratory issues and heart failure.

Ritalin
Ritalin is a slightly less common, but equally dangerous relative of the drug Adderall. Teens abuse it as a study aid drug to get an edge when writing papers and cramming for tests. It’s most commonly prescribed for teens with ADHD. Most teens get their Ritalin from siblings, classmates, or from their doctors after faking the symptoms of ADHD. A 2013 report revealed that 5 million students in the U.S. have abused Ritalin or Adderall, a 33% increase from 2008.

Rivotril
Gets you messed up in high doses mixed with alcohol
Very addictive and can easily ruin one's life. Rivotril is clonazepam. A benzodiazepine used for epileptics and is less an anxioletic than other benzodiazepines. It's one of the less addictive of benzodiazepines. It is not a drug that will ruin your life like one of the comments says. It has a medical use. Please STOP exagerating some drugs that are almost harmless ( like every benzodiazepine it has addictive properties but they are not DANGEROUS ). There are a lot of ignorant people and kids on this site that exagerated everything and I'm sure that they even didn't try the drug that they are describing.

Salvia
A naturally-occurring herb that is native to Mexico, this substance results in feelings of separation from the body and confusion. Salvia’s street names are: Magic Mint,  Maria Pastora,  Sally-D,
Shepherdess’s Herb, and Diviner’s Sage.

Salvinorin A
It's a very short lived intense hallucinations. This gives the user weird memories and one gets  sucked into portals. but it's so real you will get disconnected from reality. Same thing that's in Salvia.

Sisa
This is actually Methamphetamine cut with battery acid and engine oil.Your soft if you can handle this drug Defiantly should be on the top 10, that a person should not try even people who are desparate hesitate with this one.  Some people say that this is not Methamphetamine CUT with battery acid ( sulphuric acid ). Methamphetamine is usually mixed with Hydochloric acid ( HCL ) to make its salt Methamphetamine HCL. Sisa is mixed ( not cut ) with Methamphetamine to produce its salt Methamphetamine sulphate. Amphetamine and Dextoamphetamine are usually sulphates but Methamphetamine is usually a HCL ( this because HCL is less painful when you shoot up the substance. Same can be seen with Morphine sulphate and Heroin HCL ). It's suposed to be stronger and faster working than the HCL but the truth is that it is not stronger ( it is faster on the other hand to reach " the rush " ) but extremely more dangerous than the HCL. People who shoot up this substance will have burning marks where they shoot it, allergic reactions and if used for a while irreversible liver dammage. Don't do this. EVER !

Speedball
This deadly combination of heroin and cocaine takes you to a new dimension altogether. Heroin addicts who cannot get enough of heroin often prefer the speedball. Death from a speedball overdose isn't an uncommon phenomenon.

Spice (K2)
Substances like Spice and K2 - which contain smokable plant material coated with synthetic cannabinoids or other substances - are often sold in gas stations and head shops. Because Spice can be purchased legally in many places, and because it is often advertised as a "natural" marijuana alternative, many use it under the guise of safety. Being easily obtainable, and with a public perception as an innocuous natural high--Spice and K2 carry much appeal to teens and younger adults. Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah I’ve never tried this stuff before, call me a square if you all want to, but my ‘high’ is sitting in my trailer listening to classical music, writing my next entry … Synthetic marijuana, however, is not natural and can have a number of dangerous side effects. It can also be addictive, and can produce severe withdrawal symptoms in those who discontinue use.  Many countries, states and other localities have made synthetic marijuana illegal due to its side effects. Today, most leading government and industry health organizations officially view synthetic cannabinoids as dangerous and addictive drugs. A Spice/K2 user is much more likely to experience serious adverse effects than a person smoking natural cannabis. These adverse effects may include psychotic symptoms such as paranoia and hallucinations. Furthermore, Spice use has been implicated in cases of kidney failure and heart attacks. With reported effects including reduced blood flow to the heart (myocardial ischemia), abuse of these substances can lead to severe and lasting heart conditions. Synthetic marijuana is often sought for the Euphoric feelings,  altered perception. And the feelings of relaxation. But These  are often countered by the side effects, which vary by the specific chemical compounds present in the drug and may include:  Increased heart rate. Hypertension, myocardial ischemia, vomiting, hallucinations, paranoia, severe  anxiety, panic attacks and extreme aggression. Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah ….   You all get the meaning …

Street Methadone
This drug has been reported as a form of an opiate drug. Its acts as an agonist in the nervous system and it also effects heavily on the neurotransmitters which are released in the human brain. The overdose of this drug can cause pneumonia, Hepatitis, and even a number of psychological disorders. The respiratory depressions and actions it causes can even cause death.

Synthetic Cathinones (Bath Salts)
These substances are man-made chemicals that are related to the natural substances found in khat. They can produce a strong sense of euphoria as well as dangerous and erratic behaviors. Bath salts are generally referred to by their many brand names: Bloom, Cloud Nine, Cosmic Blast, Flakka, Ivory Wave, Lunar Wave, Scarface, Vanilla Sky,and White Lightning.

Synthetic Marijuana
Similar to bath salts, a number of companies began selling synthetic marijuana in the 2000s. Packaged in small, colorful wrapping and given catchy names, these products bypassed drug laws by using a mishmash of legal chemicals and by being sold as “herbal incense.” When smoked, the high from these chemicals mimics the high of marijuana. In 2012, 11.3% of high schools seniors used it. In some cases — after just a single use — synthetic marijuana side effects have led to serious health issues or even death.

Thromotrome
This sucks it can kill you even when you take it once it's like cocaine but It’s bader and worse than anything else on the streets.

Toluene Etorphine (Solvent)
This is only used by veterinary professionals and its delivery at prescription has always the opiate antidote naloxone with it ( if a accident occurs ). It's 3000 times more potent than morphine and is the fastest working opiate ( it can bring animals and humans unconscious in seconds ) and it's therefore never used by addicts. What addict wants to be unconscious in a matter of seconds anyway? The real danger is the substance fast acting properties ( but a must if you want to bring down an elephant or rhinoceros ). It's never been seen on the Streets because drugdealers and drugsmugglers are not interested in killing potential substances. People rarely do it but it is highly dangerous. Worse than herion "THE KING OF ALL DRUGS." as thought. It could make an elephant unconscious and probably a blue whale with 1/100 grams.  Etorphine is 3000 times stronger than morphine and 5000 times stronger than heroin. 1/100 of a gram can render an elephant unconscious.

Tramadol
Tramadol HCL is a pain reliever. It's an analgesic but non-narcotic. It binds to the MU-opiate receptors but not to any other opiate receptor. Tramadol is not very powerful. It appears to be not better than codeïne in pain-relieving. Tolerance and dependence may result from extended use but is rarely seen because it produces no euphoria.  This is used as a cutting agent.

Uppers (stimulants)
Uppers include cocaine, crack, Ecstasy, tik, crystal meth or methamphetamine, amphetamines, ephedrine and khat. These substances stimulate the brain and increase the heart rate. Young people use them to feel stronger, more energetic and more decisive. Typical signs of stimulant use are a reduced appetite, high energy levels, insomnia, dilated pupils, talkativeness, irritability, anxiety, increased excitability and hyperactivity, abrupt mood changes, impatience and nervousness.

Vicodin
Vicodin is the second-most popular prescription drug amongst 12th graders — around 10% use it, with 5% using it for non-medical reasons. This powerful painkiller is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen, and in 2014, the DEA reclassified it from a schedule III to a schedule II drug due to its widespread misuse and potential for addiction. More than 130 million Vicodin prescriptions are filled each year in the U.S., and people with prescriptions often sell pills to people looking for a fix.

Whoonga
Whoonga is a combination of antiretroviral drugs, used to treat HIV, and various cutting agents such as detergents and poisons. The drug is widely available in South Africa due to South Africa’s high rate of HIV sufferers, and is believed to be popular due to how cheap it is when compared to prescribed antiretrovirals. The drug is highly addictive and can cause major health issues such as internal bleeding, stomach ulcers and ultimately death.

Xanax
Alprazolam (Xanax XR, Niravam), is an anti-anxiety medication in the benzodiazepine family, the same family that includes diazepam (Valium), clonazepam (Klonopin), lorazepam (Ativan), flurazepam (Dalmane), and others. Alprazolam and other benzodiazepines act by enhancing the effects of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. GABA is a neurotransmitter (a chemical that nerve cells use to communicate with each other) that inhibits activity in the brain. It is believed that excessive activity in the brain may cause anxiety or other psychiatric disorders.

Ya-Ba
Meth mixed with caffeine and has strawberry flavorings added to make it appealing to little kids, completely messes with your brain chemistry after a few doses only, thankfully only available in Asian countries for the moment. Seen a documentary on this drug, Thai men held their own children hostage on a rooftop threatening to throw them off. A very scary scary drug.

*****************************

Now I know all the naysayers out there in Reader Land, would find fault with this list, but let me assure everyone, this list is not done – by far. But after working on it for more than 5 months, its time that I publish it and get on to other lengthy projects, I will place the article in my “To Be Updated” file, and I will revisit it in 3 months or so, when I have the time.

This is not a definitive list, I cannot possibly  list every street drug out there, that task will take several years and would be outdated and need revision on the day it is published. So call this what you will.  But enjoy the read.
