READ ME:

I need to thank all the readers who have made this Blog welcome in many of the Law Enforcement Break Rooms, something of a milestone here.

I need to point out a few things concerning this Blog of mine.  First of all, I write this in order to protect the public, and society in general to avoid becoming a victim of crime.  That means all that read my Blog, and passes the word around, the word gets out which is a major disadvantage to the criminals preying on the community.

I have written more than 950+ articles, many of which appear in this Blog, others appear in various news media spanning the United States, England, Germany, France and Russia, I write from both experience and understanding just how the criminal element works.

There is a multitude of scams and frauds, just waiting to get the unexpected, the naïve, the unwary individual, like a spider with a web.  My Blog is an attempt to explain to the readers just how some of these scams and frauds actually work, and a means for protecting yourself and your loved-ones from becoming just another victim.  If you accept the advice that I have given.

My Blog is free for all to come and read what I have written.  I have spent literally thousands of hours researching the variety of scams and various frauds perpetrated by blue-collar and white-collar criminals.  I have applied my expertise from the 30+ years that I spent in prison talking to the criminals concerning the various elements of their crimes, in order to understand.  Their psychology is unlike anything civilized society has ever seen before, in history.  For a person to understand and comprehend this is akin to a Stone Age person attempting to comprehend the flight of a modern aircraft.

I have lived among these people, I have listened to their stories of crimes they have committed [some of which are considered as ‘unsolved’], and the circumstances of the offense that they are doing prison time for.  I have seen their reactions to new and improved criminal activity, they do not inquire how to protect themselves [like normal people] no they inquire how the scam works or what is to be gained.

You see a prisoner [in a prison] also called an inmate, a convict, or just a con; has years to think of new ways in which to scam you out of your hard earned money.  To rob and to steal, to rape and to murder, to commit burglaries, car-thefts, assaults, scams, frauds, or to just plain ignore the common rules of society in order that they may ‘feed off of society’ without the necessity of making ‘an honest day’s work.’  Their psychology is such that society owes them and everything is free.  These are common everyday people walking around the prisons systems of Earth.  My Blog attempts to address some of these crimes, I have written extensively about anti-rape and anti-sexual assault, not because I went to prison for a sexual offense [I was convicted of Assault in the First Degree, viz., attempted murder, sex was not part of that crime!]  I’ve listened in disbelief as they recounted their tales of the event, and watched the excitement in their bodies while they are speaking of the terror in their victim(s) eyes, and I have listen in horror as they speak of their future plans and the future victims of those plans.  Yes, I am anti-rape, anti-sexual assault 100%.  I know how this crime can tear apart families, I understand the emotional trauma of the victims, and these are the reasons that I write about rape prevention guides.

But there is more to this Blog than my recounting anti-crime tips.  My Blog is free, and it will remain free for all people that want to visit and read my ramblings, and even though there is Ads herein, no one clicks on them.  I make my Blog free, for reasons that most people wouldn’t understand.  Needless to say that I am on a ‘shoe-string budget’ and am frequently in the red at my bank, but I do find time to continue to write anti-crime tips, anti-fraud, anti-criminal offenses; and will continue to do so, I hope, for many years to come.

My friends out here in ‘society’ are all ex-cons that have served many years in prison themselves.  They are, for the most part, anti-crime just as much as I am.  So new scams or frauds, sometimes come my way several hundred a week; and after getting together with them, I write about in this Blog.  So that, my readers and their associates can avoid becoming a victim, the more people whom pass on this information the happier I am.  It is a fact that I have Police Departments who read my Blog.  So my special thanks goes to the NYPD, LAPD, Seattle PD, Olympia PD. Denver PD, Topeka PD, and the RCMP in Ottawa, Canada.  I have found through my Stats Page, readers as far away as Russia, Asia, China, and Australia.

My point here is to explain my motives for this Blog.   It’s that simple.   Thanks for reading

-Birdy
