I have been writing this Blog now for 7 long years. During that period I have received several hundred questions regarding my articles that I have thus far published.  This article is being written to answer as many of those questions as possible, I have taken the liberty of bunching many similar questions into just one so as not to be redundant.

Question: Why all the anti-rape / anti-sexual assault articles, are you an activist for rape victims?

Answer:  I advocate personal safety. I am 1000% against people who, for the sake of their own enjoyment or power play commits a rape or sexual assault, either by force or coercion. If it was up to me (which unfortunately it is not) I would call for their utter extermination, like an unwanted insect, to be stepped on and utterly destroyed! I have listened to many rapist, I have seen the gleam in their eyes as the recounted their criminal act, and, on the reverse of that, I have seen the devastation that they have wrought. Their 20 minutes of shame (many of them has tortured their victims for hours) have not only hurt their victim but has torn apart families, and has caused irreparable harm to the community. For this reason and my absolute detest of the rapist, I will continue to put forth articles and share the information that the police forces refuses to share, to give someone the opportunity to know and understand the signs, so that they do not become a victim of a sexual sadist.

Question: I understand that you, yourself, spent 30 years in prison, during that time, what did you do?

Answer:  While it is true that I was incarcerated within the Washington State Department of Corrections for a 30+ year period, it is equally true that people change. When I entered the prison system, I was an uneducated buffoon, cocky and uncontrollable. During those 30+ years, I went to school. Education was free, though not mandatory. While many prisoners preferred to play baseball, lift weights, and generally relax through some sort of amusement, I (and many others like myself) sat in a classroom to further the education that was despised by us while we were in society. I graduated from High School , obtained several degrees, including degrees in the Law, my first was a Juris Doctor (JD),  followed by a Doctor of Juridical Science [J.S.D.], then the Legum Baccalaureus (LLB ), then the Doctor of Laws [LL.D.], and later a Masters in Law [LL.M.] and finally I graduated from the University of Bonn, Germany after a study in international law. I also graduated from the University of Kent, Kent, England with a Ph.D. in Canon and Civil Law. I then went on to study for and win the Degree: Scientiae Juridicae Doctor (sometimes also referred to as a Doctor of Laws) [J.S.D] as well as, Doctor of Civil Law [D.C.L.] from the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada.

That is not to say that I was a ‘star child’ I was in trouble the first 12 years of my incarceration, fights, assaults and stealing were the norms, I settled down after that. I have an Associate’s Degree in Electronics; an Associate’s Degree in Structural Engineering, as well as Mechanical Drafting. When I entered the prison system, I had a 3rd grade reading level, knew almost nothing about mathematics and barely could tell or point where Washington State was on a Map. I left the prison system with a myriad of Law Degrees, and other educational accomplishments; and yet, I could not find employment in any field where I am proficient, due simply to my 30+ years of incarceration. No employment meant that I needed to find other entertainments, hence this Blog.

Question: On your Blog Description it states “100% Anti-Crime,” yet I have read other articles that are not at all about crime or anti-crime, will you explain this?

Answer:  When I started writing this Blog, in November 2009, my intent was to make it exactly that – 100% anti-crime, anti-criminal activity. Unfortunately, there is only so much anti-crime that a person can write, and after the subjects are covered by 3 or more articles’, I basically ran out of material. So I slipped in an article concerning other subjects and my readership peaked. Now it is a norm to write articles of personal interests and share those with everyone who reads the Blog.

Question: I have noticed that you Articles are translated into many languages, can you explain why you do this?

Answer:  Everyone who writes articles for either a general or specific audience, is interested in getting his thoughts, his conclusions and those articles to a wide audience. My first experience was in Spanish, the Article generated more than 1300 hits and of those 728 were Spanish Speaking people. After that experience, I expanded my translation process to include more than 77 languages. My goal is all this is to provide the readers with an article written in their own native language, thus allowing them an easier understanding of the post.
Question: Since you have been in society, has your train of thought changed, concerning your prospective on freedom and life in general?

Answer:  Yes, for the most part I have become conscience of the varying degrees of corruption within the governments. And I am more attuned to the variety of scams plaguing the population.

Question: Your social status, are you now married, where do you live and how do you survive without employment?

Answer:  I am not married, yet. But my girlfriend have it sitting on the horizon, somewhere in the future. I currently reside in a 1984 Nomad 5th wheel, 10’ x 25’ with no slide-outs, no hot water, and faulty electrical, and with the exception of odd jobs that I can find, I receive a medical disability check, at right around $750.00/month. My days are usually spent volunteering for a Church run food bank, this is more fun than a bucket of cats J, and more rewarding, though I do not receive monetary payment for my volunteer work, I do get to some supplement my food supply.  Again, the idea is that potential employers will not hire an ex-felon with 30+ years of incarceration, regardless of qualifications.

And now that I have moved back to my former residence, in another city, I can no longer work for the Church run food bank.  My reason for the move was medical; I recently suffered three strokes, and where I am at now, medical staff are easier and closer to offer assistance.

Question: I’ve noticed that you have no Index to all of the articles that you have written on your Blog, can you tell me why?

Answer:  Life does not have an Index either. The amount of articles that I have thus far published, it would take me a couple of years to actually write the Index, which I am not thrilled to even attempt that feat.

Question: How often do you write an Article?

Answer: I usually have 14 to 25+ Articles that I am working on all the time, on a variety of subjects.  And that is one of the reasons why my Articles come in ‘spurts,’ as I complete an Article, I place it in a folder marked ‘Ready,” and I have at least 10 Articles in that Folder at any given time. It sometimes takes me the better part of a month to complete one lone Article; that is due primarily to the amount of Research that must be completed prior to posting.

Now on Recipes, and I have posted many different kinds of Recipes on the Blog, I have my Great Grandmother’s Recipe Book, (some of those handwritten notes are difficult to read) and my Mothers cook-book, every recipe that I have posted I have cooked myself, most of the time I have to tweak the recipe to make sure that it is palatable. But I do eat everything I cook regardless of whether it is burnt, or not fully done. …

Question: I have been reading your Blog for a couple of years now, in the past there was ad’s and now there is no ads can you explain?

Answer:  When I started out I had advertisements, but after 3 years I noticed that when I logged into the Blog and wrote an Article, then wanted to preview that Article, I was redirected to another page which pretty much took over my browser with a pop-up message, “you must complete the survey first,” or “you cannot leave this page yet,” or even, “to go back to the previous page, you must restart your browser.”  This was very annoying, and when I tried to look at the Blog in, ‘in private viewing’ on another computer, I received the same non-sense.  Thus the account for advertisements was cancelled, which actually increased the readership considerably.

Besides, in the three years that I’ve had that account for advertisements, my earnings was a scant $4.20, it was not worth the hassle.

Question:  Tell me about your financial situation, do you earn anything on all your Articles, are they published elsewhere? what’s your banking situation like, and has anyone made you a book offer yet?

Answer 1: I haven’t earned anything on any of the Articles that I have written.

But, on the plus side of this, The Russian Newspapers of “Pravda,” MKRU,” “Komsomolskaya Pravda, ” and “Sobesednik” each had published my Articles for general viewing, and, the Russian Newspaper Vedomosti, publishes all my Articles, without editing, one the last day of the month.  Then the Newspapers of  “Gazeta Wyborcza”, and, “Życie Warszawy,“ from Poland, and, the Greek newspaper, Kathimerini, as well as the Azerbaijan Newspaper “525ci Gazet,” and “Rapport” from South Africa, and, the Haïti Progrès from Haiti also publishes all my Articles, regardless of content and for the most part without any editing.

Answer 2:  As for my Banking situation, I bank with “Bank of America,” unlike every other Country on Earth (with some few exceptions), America has no regulatory commission or agency dedicated to regulating the business of our banks. Which is unfortunate, as they are given free reign over their clients / depositors. The only reason why I am with Bank of America is that the Washington State Prison System banks there, and upon my release in 2009, the funds that I had on my prison account was given to me in check (cheque) form from The Bank of America, and Federal Law dictated that I open an account with a National Bank (as opposed to a Credit Union), thus said, upon my release I entered a branch of the Bank of America to cash that check for $960.00 and they would cash it for a $65.00 fee because I had no account with them, and not wanting to pay that fee, I opened an account and have been hosed ever since.  In 2011, I had withdrawn from Barclay’s in England, £802,668.00 and had it sent into the United States via courier which arrived and Bank of America signed for and receive it, but I never seen one red cent from those fund, absolutely nothing. Zero. Since that point in time I have complained until my eyes crossed, to the Comptroller of Currency (United States), US Senators as well as US Congressmen, the US Treasury Department even to a member of the House of Parliament (House of Representatives and Senate, United Kingdom) and still Bank of America (New Soviet Bank of America, “Новый Советский Банк Америки”) Bank officials acknowledged that they received these funds, but have refused (thus far) from adding them to my bank account, without stating any reasoning behind their decisions. Now, I receive Social Security Disability Benefits from the United States, I am supposed to receive $750.00 every month, but, Bank of America regularly takes most of that as well, and have taken the entire check several times, even though it is exempt be United States Federal Law from such shenanigans’ the Bank of America, having no regulatory commission or agency, does not care.  When they do this, I end up in a dumpster outside a fast food business, looking for something to eat, being broke in America due to a Bank that refuses to abide by US Federal Law, is not fun. I am extremely unhappy with this Bank. US Federal Law states that I cannot switch Banks, until I have been out of incarceration for a ten year period, thus I am stuck with Bank of America until at least November of 2018, and they know this, and still they refuse to credit my bank account with the deposited checks (there was a couple other checks, for more funds, sent after the initial check) from Barclays.
Answer 3:  I have had no book offer yet, and don’t really expect one, though it would be nice, it is unlikely a publisher will approach me with such an offer due to the extreme eclectic Articles  that I write.

Question: Why do you write so many different Articles?

Answer:  Due to my interests in almost every topic imaginable and every time I learn something new, which is on a daily basis, I usually write an Article about it, that way what I have learned – everyone else can share in my excitement.

Question: What is next?

Answer: Only the future will tell; I cannot predict what the future will be, all I can do is continue doing what I am doing, I will continue to write Articles and publish them on this Blog and everywhere else. The future is uncertain, and the best part of that scenario, is whatever the future may bring, I am happy to be free and hopefully my Articles brings about some type of change; as somewhere someone will read one of my Articles and may use that knowledge to better themselves or his or her situation.

The best part of being a ‘Blogger,” is that no one can tell me what to write, and when to write it; I pull no punches, I write what I want and when I want, the subjects that I write about are on a variety of issues. Some people don’t like my Articles, which is fine with me. public opinion is not my guiding factor in what I write, nor does public opinion sway me into writing an Article boasting or shaming  a particular subject; being a ‘blogger’ I am allowed to call a cow, a cow.  Straight facts, period. If people do not like any Article that I write, that is their personal opinion, and they do not have to read it, I do not write to sway that opinion, writing Articles on this Blog is my therapy, I write Articles because I enjoy writing, and it was not always like this, it took thirty years of being in prison that made me rethink what is the meaning of life:  to bring joy, understanding and smiles to others while enjoying the moment, that is the bliss of being free.  If I have helped one person, somewhere, avoid the pitfall of being a victim of crime; or save some money; or, come to an understanding on a subject, from one of my Articles, than I am extremely pleased, absolutely ecstatic with joy.

I have never imagined that a simple signing up to write a Blog, that this Blog would ever generate over 200,000 readers, and Police Departments all over the World reading my writings, I could not even imagine this, not in my wildest dreams could I have stated that my writing skills could have produced such a readership.

So I say to everyone who reads this Blog, “Stay tuned, there is more to come.” I usually write one Article every day, sometimes two, and have been known to actually write three in a day! The salutation on my articles now reads, “As Always, stay safe !”  And I mean that, wholeheartedly, safety, wellness and saving money to live a better life through knowledge.  And until next time:
